Derby Harp Ensemble perform for Wirksworth Festival! Comprised of harp students from the local area ranging in age from 6 to 18, they perform a range of music from all around the world from South American toe-tappers to beautiful well known classics and even some Justin Bieber! Regularly performing for music clubs and societies throughout the county, if you’ve ever wanted to hear not just 1 but a whole group of harps this is your chance!

1–2pm · PLAY TOGETHER (mixture of technical work and mixed ability pieces)

2–3pm · ENSEMBLE (specifically focusing on pieces with multiple parts for all abilities)

3–3:15pm · TEA & CAKE

3:15–3:30pm · SOLO SPOT

3:30–4:15pm · FASTER PACED SESSION

A fun play through catering for all abilities including technical warm ups and learning some new pieces online via Zoom.
